What to Expect as a New Patient

No pressure and no long care plans — a thorough evaluation, a clear treatment plan, and hands-on care from your first visit.

Your Path to Feeling Better

Initial Visit

About 60 minutes — a comprehensive evaluation, health history, and physical exam. Most musculoskeletal cases don't require X-rays. We'll build a treatment plan of adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and therapeutic exercise.

Follow-Up Visits

About 20 minutes. Shorter than your first visit since we already have your information — just focused adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and movement strategies to keep you progressing.

Re-Evaluation

Every 4-6 weeks, about 30-45 minutes. An objective check of your progress so we can confirm — or adjust — the treatment plan.

Our Promise to You

Most Patients Are Discharged in About 6-12 Visits

We aren't interested in selling long care plans with a big upfront investment — if you aren't feeling better soon, we're not doing our job.

New Patient FAQs

Will I need X-rays?

Most musculoskeletal cases don't require any other tests or X-rays. If they are required, we'll make those arrangements for you.

How many visits will I need?

While it varies, most patients with musculoskeletal complaints are successfully treated and discharged from our clinic with about 6-12 visits over the course of 6-12 weeks.

What happens at my first visit?

Your initial visit takes about 60 minutes. We'll start with a comprehensive evaluation and a thorough health history, then a physical exam to identify the best course of action. We'll discuss a treatment plan that typically includes chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, therapeutic exercise, and movement strategies.

Do you require long-term care plans?

No. We are not interested in selling you long care plans that require a large upfront investment. For the majority of cases, if you aren't feeling much better after a few visits — often much sooner — we simply aren't doing our job.

What should I bring to a sauna or cold plunge visit?

Please arrive 5 minutes early for a tour of the private bath house, and bring your own water bottle — you can refill it as many times as needed with our en-suite water filtration system.

How often should I use the infrared sauna and cold plunge?

We recommend using heat and cold therapy 3-5 times each week for optimal benefits. A popular regimen is two cycles of 20 minutes in the sauna and 3 minutes in the cold plunge.
